introduction

these terms & conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and cyclesave ltd (operating as my ajo cycle) governing your use of our rotational savings platform.

platform services

my ajo cycle provides a technical service platform that facilitates rotational savings groups. we do not hold, custody, or manage user funds. all payments are made directly between group members via open banking psd2 infrastructure.

user obligations

as a user, you agree to:

complete bank and identity verification before joining groups
make contributions on time as agreed with your group
communicate respectfully with other group members
comply with uk financial regulations and laws

pricing & fees

my ajo cycle charges a platform fee of £0.50 per contribution. this fee covers payment processing, verification services, and platform maintenance. there are no hidden fees, setup charges, or monthly subscriptions.

limitation of liability

cyclesave ltd acts as a technical service provider and does not guarantee group member behavior or payment fulfillment. we are not liable for defaults, disputes between group members, or losses resulting from user decisions.

dispute resolution

disputes between group members should first be resolved through our internal complaints process. if unresolved, parties may seek external mediation or legal recourse under uk law.
